This process is a state of mind that overtakes you when encountering a problem, making you believe that your problem is bigger than your ability to cope. You feel helpless and collapse when facing the problem, describing it with overly negative words that don’t match its actual size. These are exaggerated descriptions that only exist in your imagination, increasing your pain and magnifying your suffering. Then what?<\/p>\n
You sink into feelings of spiritual collapse and complete mental exhaustion, feeling lost and completely losing the ability to resist. You surrender to your pain, and your whole life collapses because of this problem.<\/p>\n
Psychological fragility also manifests in other forms in our daily interactions: we exaggerate our feelings and make them final judgments on almost everything, deciding to quit anything that hurts our feelings even with a simple word. We dislike criticizing our thoughts because criticism to us has become like an attack.<\/p>\n
We love to resort to psychologists with every negative feeling in our lives, rushing to them seeking treatment.<\/p>\n
We don’t accept advice and don’t want anyone to judge us. We seek excuses for any mistake or crime on the pretext that its perpetrator is mentally disturbed.<\/p>\n
This book, therefore, analyzes what happens to a group of young men and women who have been affected by the phenomenon of psychological fragility, and then offers practical solutions to strengthen the self and train it to endure and take responsibility.”<\/p>\n
